Information for consumers on out-of-court dispute resolution

We would like to inform you about the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution in accordance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. If a dispute arises regarding our services and it is not possible for us to reach an agreement with each other, you have the right to use an out-of-court dispute resolution.
